"Wait, yeah, water isn't - okay, yeah, it eats the paper, the scissors-" he frowned a little, but then shook his head and kept going, "and rock... okay, sure, wait, can we be a little nicer to the lizard? I mean - well, wait, wait. Why does the Vulcan get beaten by the lizard? And paper? I guess it doesn't have to make sense," he answered his own question, sort of, but he was also a bit distracted by trying to fold the blanket.
He figured that making some sort of triangles would work, because crowns were a triangle, right, and there had to be some base, bottom layer, so folding the thing into a square was the first move, right... after some messing around with it, he finally got something. "Okay, hold on- I think I got.." He held it up, and it sure looked like a sort of crown. It was a circle that had two prominent pointy triangles sticking up on the sides, definitely crown-shaped, and there was a base layer inside that made it actually wearable as a hat. As he held it up though, it started to shift apart a little, and he quickly shoved one fold back into the other to tighten it. "Look, see - " he put it - very slowly - onto his head, but that was when it came apart, the now unfolded end of the blanket coming to rest in front of his face.
Despite the great unsuccess, Allan laughed, and then gathered up the blanket before it could fall to the ground and set it back down carefully onto the cot. "Sorry, guess it's a bit too thin to hold the shape. Anyways, you were saying, uh, Vulcan beats scissors and rock? But not lizard and paper." (edited)
